Material of splicing plates: The working surface hardness is HB170-240. After two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600°C-700°C and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product exhibits stable precision and good wear resistance.
Installation method of splicing plates: The installation steps mainly include: measuring and inspecting the splicing plate foundation---installing ground anchors or anchor bolts at the bottom of the plate---positioning the plate foundation---initial adjustment of the plate---grouting the plate---curing of the grout---fine adjustment of the plate---precision acceptance of the plate---appearance acceptance of the plate. Splicing plates are adjusted primarily using ground anchors or anchor bolts.
